Donne Sutherland is a skilled and experienced leader with more than 20 years in executive recruitment, consulting and coaching. She is a certified executive coach ( UCT Accredited) and is in the process of finishing an intense 18 month international certified ONTOLOGICAL leadership & executive coaching course.
She has worked both in corporate, Tier1 consulting firms, international technology organisations, banking and agencies. Roles held include Managing director, Recruitment Management and independent consultant. Her area of specialisation is management and executive level roles across industries including IT, telecoms, finance, HR and management consulting. Donne has built and managed a number of recruitment business’ from start up to listed companies. She is exceptionally passionate about the challenges and opportunities at leadership, executive and management level, she believes her knowledge and expertise within corporate organisations is valuable in building teams and culture creation. Her deep knowledge and understanding of processes, policies and recruitment and how they impact performance and productivity are paramount to her offerings.

Donne’s approach is personal, which allows for indepth understanding of customer requirements and in turn results in strong partnerships with her clients.
