We have been  engaging with many clients over the past few weeks and have realised in work and life the best method to approach change is not always the most complicated, often the best approach is to SIMPLIFY  and to  “ Go back to Basics” to assist in facilitating change. Basics in the work environment for us, means bringing back the HUMAN element. 

Companies and leaders who approach this time with compassion, understanding and support, those who engage with their people,  will find that in potentially tough times ahead, they will have the commitment of their employees.  In the ideal world, this is how business’ should be operating, however it often takes a crisis for us to change our behaviour and different behaviour can bring about different results.
