We have been engaging with many clients over the past few weeks and have realised in work and life the best method to approach change is not always the most complicated, often the best approach is to SIMPLIFY and to “ Go back to Basics” to assist in facilitating change. Basics in the work environment for us, means bringing back the HUMAN element.
